Carrot Cake Bliss Balls

These babies have 5 high fibre, plant based, gut friendly ingredients to give your afternoon the nutritional boost you need. Plus hit the sugar cravings in a healthy way too. I actually suprised myself with these - I didn't expect them to taste so good. 

They aren't as sweet or 'dried-fruity' as most other bliss balls which I absolutely love. I've included the macros for these as many of you requested. Make sure you tag me when you make these @marikaday 

1 cup walnuts

1/2 cup rolled oats

4 medjool dates

2 grated carrots

1/2 cup desiccated coconut plus more for rolling

1 tsp mixed spice

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup almond meal

1 tbsp honey


Method: Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until soft and crumbly. Form into balls and roll in extra coconut. Store in the fridge or freezer.
