Low FODMAP Bliss Balls

For those having to follow a low FODMAP diet you will understand the difficulty in not only finding tasty, healthy snacks but finding bliss balls is near on impossible. This recipe is a fave of mine and even your FODMAP eating friends will love it. Oh and I forgot to mention these babies are packed with a good dose of fibre to keep that gut even more happy! 

Low FODMAP Bliss Balls (Makes 12 balls)

1 cup old fashioned oats

½ cup ground flaxseed or LSA

1 tbsp chia seeds

¼ cup natural almond butter

¼ cup natural peanut butter

1 tsp cinnamon

3 tbsp rice malt syrup


1.    Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Stir together until everything is thoroughly combined.

2.     Roll dough into balls and refrigerate for one hour (better if refrigerated overnight).
