In this week's episode, I share my own experience living and running a business with anxiety. This is a Q+A style episode that I decided to record in light of world mental health day which was on October 10. In it, I answer questions asked by my audience to provide insight into my own journey with anxiety and the experiences of those who struggle with this mental health condition.
